Taiwanese president Tsai-Ing [Sai-ing] Wen has planned a tentative visit to Los Angeles on her way back to Taiwan next week. The potential stop comes at the end of the world leader's tour of global diplomatic allies that began yesterday afternoon. With Taiwan being formally recognized by only 13 countries and tensions mounting between the US and China, Tsai's visit could have major geopolitical consequences. Jonathan Martin has the story.
