In conversation with Dash on the Venture of One, an exciting idea for anyone starting a venture by building a business model around themselves.
He suggests that instead of looking at coaching as a skill-set, look at yourself as a Start-up/Venture and become like a micro-multinational serving global clients. He asserts that in an industry which is noisy where attention is scarce and time is premium, you need to be extremely sharp in your offering where you can't be everything to everybody, you need to decide and pick a niche!
These ideas resonate deeply with me as an executive coach and we are excited to co-create a program specially for executive coaches.
