Happy 4th of July! This episode was supposed to have a guest but I am heading to Vail, CO for my 4 week checkup which didn’t line up well with the holiday and the next guest’s riding schedule. Stay tuned for next week! Had so much fun at Redbud this last weekend even though it sucks to not be racing.
