Today I have a short meditation today, that will allow you to relax and rest for a few minutes and this can be done anytime and anywhere!

 Before we start I want you to thank yourself for gifting these next few minutes to your well-being. It’s important to remember that you are a priority and allowing yourself  even just a  few short moments of intentional reflection can have a really positive impact on the rest of your day. 

Use these next few minutes to come back to the center and set an intention for the rest of the day.
