Today, Stuart and I dive into some of what I consider the most “Christian” of the Old Testament verses and prophecies of Isaiah.
While I see Jesus Christ in the 53rd Chapter of Isaiah, I also understand that entire religions don’t read these verses and see the connection to Jesus that I see. I fully admit that I intentionally look for the Savior in these Old Testament passages and, largely because of that effort, I feel a deep connection to the verses that so vividly point to His suffering in my behalf. His willingness to pay for my redemption with His life and His death.
