I heard someone say once in regards to publishing - "If you don't take a swing you will never know".  They have no idea how much that phrase has stuck with me but it resonated and has been pushing me ever since.  Take a swing.  Tony Robbins once said - "The ultimate failure is success that is unfulfilling".   This week is Tool Week and today we are talking about Facebook.  I used to think that it was only for my grandparents or parents now.  I had a facebook account once long ago when it first started.  I had over 1000 "friends" and I was not that active and I decided to suicide my account.  That was quite the journey because most of my friends both in the 1000 variety as well as my in person friends thought I was stepping off onto the wrong path. In hindsight there was probably a better approach than the all or nothing way.  That lesson has appeared numerous times in my life and I've handled it different ways multiple times since. Facebook is this awesome tool that anyone can use.  Yes, like anything you have to learn how to navigate the BS to get out of it what you are looking for.  Like most things in life - Garbage In / Garbage Out or Excellence in / Excellent out!
