Do you ever get distracted? You sit down to write the next great novel, and suddenly, you have spent hours on social media and written three words on a page–three half-assed words. So what do you do? How do you get back on track? Enter Steven Puri, CEO of The Sukha Company, a company that works to keep you focused with reminders, tips, and tunes to get you into the illusive flow state. Don’t know what a flow state is? Great. Listen to this episode and find out. Steven left an incredibly successful job in Hollywood after working on movies like Braveheart, Independence Day, Seven, and many more because he wanted to do MORE, create something that his children will be proud of (but winning an Oscar for visual effects of Independence Day is pretty cool). So he created a company that helps others fulfill their potential, to block out the noise. He created something more. Now it’s your turn.
