Nandini Satija started teaching at the age of 15 and bagged the National pride teachers award for being the youngest teacher. She scored AIR 9 in class 12 and moved Delhi to pursue undergraduate degree in psychology & political science from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. As days went by, she struggled with mental health issues and dealing with it was not easy. she realised the need of mental health awareness in our society and that led to starting of The Samaritans Foundation. She believes that life is all about enjoying the journey rather than gearing toward for destination.
