Lesson of the day: No ones coming to save you

Questions Answered:

1). As a new company officer I’m having issues with just the day to day planning of trainings and making sure that I fit them in.

2) We don’t see a lot of fire, our challenge is keeping our eye on the prize throughout the year. We sometimes lose sight of our mission as volunteers.
