Success is looks different for everybody. For Dill and I, our measure of success has always been, “What are we doing to make a positive difference in peoples’ lives?”
In this episode, we share the model that we coached our children on, which we believes gives you permission to explore your passions while also honing in on your gifts and solidifying skills that you will take with you throughout your entire life:
Years 18-30: Explore.
Years 30-35: Dig in.
Years 35-55: Build stability.
Years 55+: Give back.
The most important question to ask is not, “Can I do it?” it’s: “When and how can I start?”
