Hi Ohana, 

today I have singer/songwriter Reece Ratliff with me today. He took me behind the scenes of his new album "Compass" and showed me what hard work goes into a 12 track album. We all consume music, but do we really know what hard work goes into it? Reece explained the meaning behind his song "DRIVE". That we should enjoy the journey while we can and take controller over our life and especially music carrier. He said the most important thing that his grandfather taught him was humility "You don't write the songs, you just write them down."
