There's no doubt that Jim Button inspires many people - which made me think "Who inspires Jim Button"?  To answer this question I handed control of The Kondrat Podcast over to Jim this week to connect with people who inspire him.  Jim lives with terminal cancer, something he refers to as his “hard”.  So, in addition to his guests’ accomplishments, Jim also discusses their personal “hard” and how they have overcome it to lead inspiring lives.
