‭Psalms 31:24 NIV‬

Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.

Today, as you are journeying through life, you are going to work, shopping, grocery shopping, and taking care of the kids; things can become unbearable, but the text reminds us to hope in the Lord. Our strength and hope are in the Lord.

We must hope in God and not rely on our own strength. But trust in the Lord, take heart, lean not to your own understanding. Be still and know that I am God. I will be with you. We must take heart and know that our hope and our refuge is in the Lord.

Trust him and hold on to him family. Be blessed.
