Today on the podcast I talk about the importance of being able to take personal time when we need it. When I woke up this morning I had a "to-do" list a mile long but I didn't feel well so I was faced with a choice. Work and only give it about 30% or move everything around so you can take personal time to feel better. This is something we all need to be doing more of.
