In this puritanical sermon, we will once again bring the word of God to bear on ourselves as individuals, as well as make the practical application to how these truths apply to us in desperate times such as these.
In this sermon preached from Luke 9:23, we will see three ways in which believers must take up their cross daily:
1. We must die to our own righteousness.
2. We must die to our own name and reputation.
3. We must die to indwelling sin.
Yet, for the believer, it is in dying to self that we find our true life and our true self, created and renewed in the image and likeness of God our Creator. We hope the proclamation of the gospel blesses and encourages you greatly. Soli Deo Gloria!
