"Take what resonates and leave what doesn't" is an important message that I always tell my clients when we do Reiki and card pulls.

 

Sometimes a message might not be meant for you, or maybe it's not meant for right now and it will resonate later. Maybe you just needed a seed to be planted.

 

Today I explain more about what that means and how to apply it both to energy work and your daily life, and I also explain why I'm doing my own version of 75 Hard and why I don't care that my modified version means I'm not doing the real thing ;)
