Luke works as a Business Analyst helping deliver change in relation to processes and technology within Direct Line Group. Prior to becoming a Business Analyst, Luke completed a Level 3 Certificate in Providing Financial Services & a Level 3 Diploma in providing Customer Service, both of which were completed under the same apprenticeship. Luke then completed a higher apprenticeship as a Business Analyst, a Level 4 IS Business Analyst Diploma.

Luke talks to Rio about:

- the route that he took into apprenticeships

- what it was like being an apprentice

- other hints and tips for those thinking of doing an apprenticeship
