I vow to have the tough converstations and to be a brazen and brave leader and in order to do that we can not ignore problems. Instead we must confront them head on knowing that we will not always get it right and have all the answers. 

I'm so grateful to my friend Khadeidra for having this conversation with me today about race and how we can all do better and make a difference in our world. If you are anything like me the last few weeks have been SO heavy and this conversation left me feeling empowered, inspired, and encouraged, and I hope it does the same for you.
