A 30-year project/program manager born in Ohio with over a decade pit stop in Washington DC and nearly another decade in Florida. She thrives in roles that allow her to work within a technical, structured environment while being creative and collaborative. Having been self-employed and working across both public & private industry, a nonprofit, and two positions working within federal programs she is multifaceted. One of her core strengths is working as a unifier — the conduit/bridge if you will — between technology and people – to facilitate conflict resolution while working through solutions that accomplish mutual goals. As program manager for a federal public program administered under the FCC, she honed her skins in compliance and discovery processes to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse practices. 

After many weeks of introspection throughout the year 2020 she was guided to seek clarity surrounding the events playing out. Relying on her spiritual gift of discernment she set out sifting through data regarding the public health crisis that was plaguing the world. Micheila sought to learn and know what was true in this global situation. What source documentation was being relied upon? Was it authentic? Was there integrity in the numbers that were being provided? 

Micheila is committed to ferret out what is true in these immense times of change. We are quickly moving into the Fourth Industrial Revolution —uncharted territory that humans have little awareness. Much of the groundwork and infrastructure has been laid. Micheila has been researching this, as a veracious empath – to discover and KNOW what truth in these times of change.
