Hiatus..Hookie..A Break..there are so many words that define how essential it is to stop and recharge your mind and body. Not to mention to enjoy the gift of your surroundings no matter good or bad and appreciate those around you. We all need to take a hiatus from time to time no matter if it’s 2hrs, 2days or 2 weeks.. It’s the key to being healthy mentally and physically. It took sometime for me to realize it, but glad I did and I am here to give you the tips that were given to me. Enjoy!
