I am so proud of the person you are and who you are setting yourself out to become. Today's episode will give you a little break from all the New Years resolutions that are being thrown in your face all at once.
Our goal this year is not to change ourselves, but to know ourselves deeper. With that, we love ourselves into evolving to the highest versions of our being.
It's out with the self hatred, the comparison, the lack of pride in our accomplishments, the overworking our bodies and minds, and in with the softness, the awareness of our state of mind, the willingness to fail and to try again. For that takes the greatest amount of courage to do so.

- If you could choose ONE word to live by in 2025, what would that word be for you?
- How can you make gratitude a daily practice in your lifestyle?

- What were the biggest lessons you learned in 2024?

- In what ways do you pour love into yourself every day? In what ways are you actively disrespecting yourself every day?
- What was your biggest goal of 2024? Did you accomplish this goal? What was your mindset attached to achieving this goal (was it encouraging in a loving or hateful way)?
- When thinking about 2024, what initial feelings/emotions come up for you? Why?
