I have been in moments where I no longer have the will to do a task or continue something I have been actively engaging in. This varies from workouts, objectives, creation, communicating thoughts to someone, the list goes on.. I have noticed that taking a step back from engaging often offers a chance to come back better. I do not have the science or hack around it, I just noticed the pattern in different aspects of my experience.
Have you ever experienced something like this? What did you decide to do? Disengage or force it?
