What a great episode on Wednesday with Doc Green of What's Up Next Podcast.  Curt and I have both been mulling over some of the points Doc made. The big takeaways for Curt and I were: The importance of creating an environment for our children to be willing to take action and encounter risk. Also, that risk should be calculated but also you can minimize risk by doing mini-experiments to try out your idea first.
