The truths I have learned have helped me a lot. They have made my soul full of focus on purpose and strong conviction that I have a reason to live and a purpose to work towards. I believe finding and living your life purpose From God is the antidote and cure for depression.

I also believe pursuing God's purpose for your life is the best way to live.
