Hey ladies! You're taking care of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE else, but are you taking care of yourself? With so many changes taking places in my life I had to step back a evaluate what needed to go away for a while. As someone that likes to do everything, this was a challenge for me. I'm praying that as I share my realization of the need to adjust my lifestyle you will evaluate yours as well. Remember ladies, just because we delay some things doesn't mean they are denied... Give yourself grace to evolve and enjoy life.
