We discuss my initial dislike of authenticity, how authenticity can often create a fear of being inauthentic, using intensity and directness as a tool for getting what you want, living in alignment and being unaffected by external validation.

We also speak about consciously choosing how you show up in the world, taking control of your energy and energizing versus depleting experiences.
