On June 18th 2002, in a small Kansas town, 19-year-old lifeguard Ali Kemp was found strangled to death in the pump room of the local pool. Police immediately launch an investigation, even interviewing prime suspects, but ultimately no arrests are made, and the case goes cold in the ensuing months. What police don’t know is that one of their released suspects hides a disturbing secret that’s key to unraveling what happened to Ali, and that her dad, Roger, will not rest until his daughter’s killer is found & brought to justice.
