The Royal New Zealand Air Force Band conductor is taking flight in Wellington this week with two concerts. Simon Brew is joining forces with the Wellington Youth Orchestra to perform Tchaikovsky's Symphony no. 6, the William Tell Overture and Bruch's Violin Concerto. Then on Sunday night he brings the Proms to the Opera House with the band performing military marches, show tunes and music from films.
