In episode 122 of Lead with Love, I’m challenging myself to do something I always tell my community to do.   Take Imperfect Action I had a summer flu that kicked my butt to the moon and back. Being out of commission for 2 weeks threw the little momentum I’d gained right out the window. Instead of hustling in high gear, I was hibernating with Zicam, antibiotics and fluids. I felt so guilty, and before I knew it, I found myself in that spiral of badgering myself, overthinking and questioning everything. Isn’t it crazy how a small set back can make you question everything that you’re doing? So to get out of my head and back into motion, I’m going to take my own advice.
