Thank you to Valerie for sharing her story about her experience quitting alcohol and quitting social media! She quit alcohol last October and quit social media on valentines day this year and was generous enough to share her experience and the crossovers between the journey of the two.

For the things that are in our control, let's put them through a filter! Why not apply a filter on your life?

Let's be intentional about what we're allowing into our lives, life is too short! Time to put on a filter and surround yourself with people, activities, feelings that are going to help you become the person God intends you to be.
