In today's episode, we talk to Jamie Hawthorne, who is currently an academy coach at Southampton Football Club. Jamie is a big advocate of taking any opportunity that comes your way, and when you hear about his experience of getting a coaching role while studying at Loughborough University, you'll understand why. Jamie is still in his early twenties and although he already has a wealth of coaching knowledge under his belt, he remains incredibly humble and that's one thing that really comes across in this interview.
