If you ask 50 people, "what does success look like?"  You will get 50 wildly different answers.  That's because success looks different to everyone.  Some people will equate success to items money can buy, maybe expensive vacations, or fancy cars?  However, success comes only when people take ownership of their action.  We've all had seasons within our life, that it was flat out difficult.  The important trait that we must have, we just be vigilant about taking ownership.  If you want change, its up to you to make it happen.
