The words ‘accountability’ and ‘responsibility’ are often perceived negatively. What do you think of when you hear those words? You usually think, ‘Ah shit. Who’s in trouble now?!’ because nobody wants to be the one to explain why something went wrong. This week, we’re shifting our focus from blaming our circumstances for a mistake and instead taking responsibility for our roles and working towards improving ourselves for next time.
