All his high school and college life and in his early professional life in engineering he was so good at what he does. But there came a point in his life that he questioned what has become of the once brilliant man that he became. And what saw him through was taking responsibility for the choice he made and working at it. It is about conquering that fear, breaking free from the shackles of indecision and hesitation. With everyone fearing at one thing or another he points out that there is no need to worry about not getting clients for coaching because, people, more than ever are awakening to the fact that coaches help them transform their lives. And only those who don’t add value loses.
