Too many Pastors are too occupied by building their congregation to Take the Land. 
Scripture says that all things have been reconciled to the Father by Jesus Christ. This was the ministry that Jesus had while on the earth. After succeeding in His ministry, Jesus then gave us the same ministry of reconciliation. (2 Corinthians 5:18-19)
The call to "Take the Land" is the call of the Holy Spirit to the Church.
