As an ex-track athlete hooked on endorphins, Grace always pushed the boundaries in high-performance sport but an accident left her learning to walk before she could run. Forced to take time out from her investment banking career and move home to recover in the countryside, Grace discovered the power of exercising in nature and releasing endorphins, as an integral part of her healing process.

Forest bathing. Sea floating. Hiking up mountains. Science shows that exercising in nature is multi-sensory, benefiting the mind and body. Grace was struck by the codependency between natural health and human health.

On return to corporate city life, she became more conscious of her lifestyle choices, looking to brands that helped preserve the natural environment. However, as a high-performance athlete, when it came to sportswear, Grace couldn’t find a sustainable option that allowed her to perform to the level she would have liked.

Not wanting to compromise, Grace pursued her passion for sustainability, sport, and female empowerment, and founded Natural Grace. An innovative sustainable solution to sportswear that is not only super soft against the skin but is also engineered for performance, for women who run the city.
