I have been pretty transparent here. Toady is not different.

Before I do-want to share why I am announcing it. I feel me, you, anyone do not owe explanations for our actions! Unless we want to share. It’s that simple I want to share. ⁣

I want to share - because each and everyone that continues to support this page and the podcast of nearly 120 episodes. I personally feel that’s the way - to keep you connect with me.⁣

✨To take a hiatus from the podcast for a brief unknown time frame. ⁣

⁣✨To take a break from this IG that also post to FB⁣

✨To take time to focus on building my podcast strategy and consulting business ⁣

✨To truly wholeheartedly focus on movement and health ⁣

⁣✨To focus life away from content production for 2 brands.⁣

Those are my plans.⁣
