How do we even begin to evaluate our own success? Dr. Rasner suggests you should make an effort to examine key parameters of how you and your staff operate. Take at least four weeks to understand how your office performs. You, as a doctor, must feel comfortable with the services you provide. Your staff and your patients must feel comfortable communicating with you if there is a problem or misunderstanding.
