In Episode 63, and my last of 2022, I'm chatting with my good friend, Alexa Rae Ibarra who is a yoga instructor & podcast host of, The Vibe. One thing I love about Alexa is that she is unapologetic about who she is & she’s not afraid of taking the road less traveled.

Before discovering her love of yoga, Alexa took on multiple jobs in LA like assisting Madison Beer in the early days of her career, working as Tori Spelling’s stylist & more. However, at 23 she knew that something wasn’t right so she trusted her gut & started a new chapter. She later on went to become of the faces of yoga for Adidas where she was featured in campaigns all over the world.
