A lot of companies in 2022 returned to in-person and hybrid programs. While many picked up where they left off before the pandemic—reconvening their user community in one location, albeit with smaller audiences—ServiceNow used the opportunity to take a different approach for their large, 16-years-running program, Knowledge.
