This week, I sit down with Tala Soubra, a Lebanese banker, author, photographer and food critic living in Dubai. She started her culinary journey with a blog called “Fork It Over Dubai” documenting her love for restaurants which subsequently spiraled into a food photography career. In this episode she takes us through her way of developing and pursuing your passions while maintaining a sense of security in life.
