Story 9.  Let’s talk about hiring. Step back and be the boss for a minute. You have a position open and an applicant in front of you who fits the profile. What’s the right question to ask to find out for sure if he/she fits into your company and will help it grow?

Story 10  We reinvented ourselves. I’m talking about me and my first three sons. You have to, don’t you? The road you’ve been on ends and not even gravel remains. What do you do? Pitch a tent and rot? I think not. Here’s what we did---how about you?
