The imagery that keeps flooding in is hard to watch.  The sacrifice of all the men and women that lost their lives, limbs, and time with loved ones to this only to see it crumble in days has to be gut wrenching.  In this episode it is just an expansion on the initial reaction of watching Kabul and the Afghan government fall.  I think many of us are feeling the same way as we watch and see it all unfold.
