This weeks episode I talk about my experience with anxiety. I get very personal and candid with what it's like to feel anxious, deal with panic attacks and feeling like you have no control over your thoughts. This ones a little more light hearted but will hopefully shed some light on what dealing with anxiety is like and make you feel less alone. 

This episode I share my personal experience with mental health. I talk about therapy and what thats been like for me, I go into detail about seasonal depression and even share some tips on how I deal with everything this time of year. Talking about mental health is hard but my hope is that by sharing my experience, you all feel less alone and maybe even learn something new if mental health isn't something you struggle with.
