✝️A Jesus Check-In 💭

Ever catch yourself reacting to people and immediately thinking, “Jesus would never treat me like that”? 🙃 That moment right there—it hits.

In today’s short reflection, I talk about a habit I’ve been working on:
✋🏾 Pausing before I respond and imagining I’m talking to Jesus instead of the person in front of me.

Why?
Because Jesus wouldn’t snap, wouldn’t belittle, wouldn’t guilt-trip. He would listen, guide, and love.

💭 Real Talk:
I have trouble with this too—it’s hard to self check-in, especially when emotions are high. I haven’t perfected it, but that shouldn’t be an excuse to opt out. Growth starts with effort.

💡Heart Check Reminder:

• What if we practiced speaking to others like we were speaking to Jesus Himself?

• How would that change the way we argue, correct, or even just respond?

• What would it look like if grace led our tone—not just our beliefs?

🛠️ It’s hard, it’s messy, and it’s definitely a practice… but it’s one worth showing up for daily.
