But what no one is talking about is that the name Mark Rosario isn’t even mentioned in the motion.

I also share exclusive details from my interview with a courtroom source who was waiting to see Luigi Mangione in state court. They reveal how the court set spectators up for failure and how some officers violated Mangione’s constitutional rights inside the courthouse.
