Alan is joined in studio with Head Chef of Franklin House, Erik Bakrevski. Erik has a unique culinary background, where he is all self taught and gained his skills in the kitchen working in a variety of different restaurants. He is always trying to push the boundaries and have the guest at Franklin House venture out and try new things. Be on the look out for Ramen Wednesday's starting in November at Franklin House.
