  • And baby, baby, would you just go ahead and cry? I already cried — and I fear this girl made me fall in love with Scotland.

After disappearing for 13 fucking months, I’m finally back. 😭

A lot has happened since the last time I recorded: I turned 20, went to Paris for a whole month (and somehow spent almost $2,000 to have one of the most traumatic trips of my life), randomly met an angel named Radinka in Scotland, fell in love with Scotland, came back to campus, got my own student house, got a fish named Mr. Blue Cherry Wine, and somehow decided I’m going to take six classes, work two jobs, graduate early, AND still travel the world.

In this episode, I’m basically catching you up on where the fuck I’ve been, what Paris taught me about family and the kind of life I actually want, why 20 minutes in a Scottish coffee shop changed my entire perception of Scotland, and what the hell I’m planning for the rest of 2026.

Welcome back to my chaotic little audio journal. I missed you guys. 🫶🏽

Stay hydrated, stay pretty, and get enough sleep. 💋

  • Rejection is one thing. Confusing rejection? That’s worse

    Hi Honey bunnies

I poured everything into this book—rewrote it, hit the word count, did all the things—and the same agent who turned it down once, turned it down again.

In this episode, I’m being completely raw about what that feels like: the emotional rollercoaster, the confusion, the hope, and the heartbreak. I talk about why this one hurt more than usual, and how I’m still finding a way to believe in my work—even if someone else didn’t.

If you’re a creative person trying to get your foot in the door, or if you’ve ever had your heart wrapped up in something you really believed in… this one's for you.

  • Love Island USA Was Trash-This City Drains Me; A 5AM Life Dump

It’s 4:50AM, I have work in 9 hours, and I just needed to rant — so welcome to the most chaotic life dump you didn’t know you needed. In this episode, I’m talking about why I stopped watching Love Island USA (spoiler: it was giving psych class, not reality TV), why this city is draining the life out of me, and how I’m planning my full glow-up the second I touch back down at uni.

    Debut novel gc; https://www.instagram.com/j/AbZtD62dmi7Aufrq/

Also... I spill updates on my debut novel , talk about how strangers on TikTok are showing me more love than my own family, and admit I might be cutting off half my contacts list this fall.

This is unfiltered, unedited, and very much “crackhead hour” energy. If you’ve ever felt stuck, tired, or just ready to start over — you’ll get it.

Don’t forget to scrub behind your ears and wash your belly button. Thanks for tuning in. 💅🏽

  • Threesomes – Love Island USA & UK = Horny Island Chronicles, Let’s Talk

In this week’s chaotic catch-up, I dive headfirst into Love Island USA & UK drama — from Huda’s disrespect to Jeremiah’s patience, Iris being that girl, and Ace being the 22-year-old chaos king.

We’re talking: emotional instability in the villa, unnecessary threesomes, Love Island logic (or lack thereof), and why some of y’all need therapy and taste.

I also rant about being bored this summer, why I’m never coming home from campus again, and my obsession with ice cream and flossing (yes, flossing).

Basically? It’s giving Horny Island Chronicles. Let’s talk.

  • I am young- Ordinary; Cheating Is a Choice & My Slim Waist Is Not for Stress

Trigger Warning: This episode includes discussions about cheating, relationships, and sexual topics that may be sensitive for some listeners.

Babes. This one’s a little chaotic, a little emotional, and a whole lot of real. In this episode, I’m talking about why cheating is 100% a choice (yes, I said what I said), how hard it is for me to even find someone attractive, and why my slim waist is NOT for stress. Period.

    We get into:

    • What I’m reading (Seduced by the Mafia Don—don't judge me)
    • My latest song obsession (Black Sherif, Top of the morning)
    • The Jamaican food spot that’s currently running my life
    • A quick but honest rant on sex education, attraction, and why I’ve never been in a relationship
    • Plus… some Love Island USA and wizliz.drama because… obviously

I also reflect on growing this podcast community and how much I appreciate y’all for being here — seriously, 17,000 downloads? MADNESS.

Grab your drink of choice (I had water at 1:50 AM 🥲) and come vibe with me.

Let’s talk, let’s rant, and let’s protect our peace together.

  • I Know You’ve Got Trust Issues Because of Me… But I’m Back

After an unexpected break (again… sorry 😭), I'm back on the mic with a late-night solo episode full of honesty, laughs, and a little chaos. I talk about recording a scrapped Tuesday episode, why I avoids the news (especially when it comes to the Diddy trial), and how I am choosing to protect my peace above everything else.

Grab your tea (or soju, or ice cream), and catch up with your favorite host as she rambles about:

    • 🧠 Mental check-ins & emotional protection
    • 🍦 Her current obsession: Häagen-Dazs Dulce de Leche
    • 📺 Why she refuses to watch the news
    • 💔 Finding balance between being informed and being at peace
    • ✨ Embracing soft-girl energy while still being unhinged

It’s random. It’s warm. It’s real. Just another night at Talk N’ Scoop.
