She served as the second counselor in the Relief Society General Presidency for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loves her husband, Carlos and her three children. Elena Aburto is from Orem, Utah. She is an avid musician, piano teacher, and mental health advocate.Together, the mother-daughter duo host Consecrating Your Life, a podcast discussing what it means to consecrate your life to the Savior. 

In this discussion with Reyna and Elena, we talk about their podcast and discuss the importance of being candid about mental health. The Aburtos share powerful stories about vulnerability, ministering, and sharing the burden.
