Ashley Connell is CEO of Prowess Project, ex-agency owner and advocate for working moms.   

When building her agency, she wished she had a talent "bench" that shed could have been able to pull from who were culture-adds and could do the work. As a (at the time) future mom, Ashley wanted to be able to have a career & time with kids. This is exactly how she combined both problems to solve each other and created Prowess Project.
